01How is Health Code different from a conventional blood test?+
We do not simply check whether a value falls within a range. We consider the available information alongside your context to explore patterns, priorities and possible next steps.
02Do I need to know which test to choose before contacting you?+
No. First we want to understand what you are looking for and what information may be useful. The 15 min Evaluation is designed to help you identify a starting point.
03Do genetic studies predict disease?+
No. Genetics may inform about predispositions, but it does not, on its own, determine what will happen. Results should be interpreted alongside other factors.
04Does Health Code perform the tests directly?+
Health Code interprets the information and supports the process. When a test requires a laboratory, the service page explains its scope and the role of the partner laboratory.
05What information is required to book?+
Booking requires your full name, email and phone number. Do not submit symptoms, results, genetic information or other health data in the booking form.

It is a free 15-minute conversation to ask your first questions and explore a possible starting point, with no obligation.
