Terms and Conditions

1. Seller and contact

The seller is H Code LLC, EIN 98-1930647, at 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. The trading name is Health Code. For information, incidents, withdrawal or complaints: info@healthcode.es.

2. Scope and contract documents

The store sells exclusively to consumers for delivery or performance in Spain. Before payment, the buyer can review the description, total price, taxes, included items, estimated time and these terms.

The contract is formed when Health Code confirms the order by email. The confirmation and these terms may be retained as evidence. The Spanish version is the contractual reference; this English version is a faithful supporting translation.

3. Prices, taxes and costs

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Kit delivery, where applicable, and the ordinary return of the sample are included: no transport fee is added at checkout.

Only the items stated on the product page and order summary are included. Where professional interpretation is stated as not included, its separate purchase is shown before ordering.

4. Order and payment

The total amount is charged immediately when the purchase is placed, using the methods available at checkout. The payment gateway processes the transaction; Health Code does not store the full card number.

If an item becomes unavailable or the order cannot be performed, Health Code will inform the buyer and refund the corresponding sums without undue delay through the same payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed without cost.

5. Delivery and estimated times

Where a test uses a kit, it is sent to the address provided in Spain. The buyer must follow the collection, preservation and return instructions. Result times start when a suitable sample reaches the laboratory, unless the product page states otherwise.

Times currently stated are: PRS, approximately 8 weeks; whole genome, approximately 16 weeks; Metabolic Code 360 and Advanced Organic Acids, approximately 25 days; Digestion and Intestinal Barrier and Advanced Gut Health, kit within 48–72 working hours and results approximately 15–20 working days after receipt; Parasites NGS + EPX, approximately 15–20 days after receipt; Omegas, approximately 10–15 days after receipt; NeuroAdrenal & Hormonal Plus, up to 21 laboratory days plus 7 days for interpretation and reporting.

Times are estimates subject to transport, receipt of a suitable sample and laboratory processing. A professional consultation date is agreed according to availability after purchase.

6. Samples and incidents

The buyer must provide accurate details, use the kit according to its instructions and send the sample through the stated procedure. No material other than that requested should be sent.

If the laboratory reports that a sample is unsuitable or collection or return must be repeated, the necessary replacement and transport are arranged at no additional cost to the buyer and borne by the laboratory.

7. Right of withdrawal

Unless a statutory exception applies, consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason: for services, from contracting; for goods, from receipt. Notice may be sent to info@healthcode.es by an unequivocal statement or by using the model at the end of these terms.

If the consumer expressly asks for a service to start during the withdrawal period and then withdraws before completion, only the proportion already supplied is payable. The right is lost only after the service has been fully performed following prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence.

Statutory exceptions for personalised goods or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons apply only where their requirements are genuinely met and were disclosed before purchase. Health Code does not presume a general waiver merely because a kit has been dispatched.

Where withdrawal applies, Health Code will refund the required payments within 14 calendar days of notice, using the same payment method unless another cost-free method is agreed. Health Code will coordinate any necessary return at no additional cost to the buyer.

8. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Health Code imposes no general additional cancellation penalty. Requests are assessed according to the actual stage of the order or service, while always respecting mandatory withdrawal, conformity and other consumer rights.

Consultations may be requested for rescheduling or cancellation through the stated contact. If Health Code or its provider cannot perform the contracted service, it will offer another date where appropriate or refund the unperformed part. A laboratory-attributable incident or unsuitable sample creates no additional cost for the buyer.

9. Conformity, support and complaints

Goods and services are subject to applicable statutory conformity rights. Incidents should be reported to info@healthcode.es with the order number and only the information strictly needed; unnecessary medical data should not be sent.

Health Code will acknowledge and assess the appropriate remedy —correction, repeat performance, replacement service, price reduction or refund— according to the incident and mandatory law. Consumers may also contact the competent public consumer bodies.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are interpreted under Spanish consumer-protection rules applicable to sales in Spain. Nothing limits a consumer's mandatory rights or requires them to waive the court or authority legally available to them.
